Garlic Bread - Toasted French bread with garlic butter, sprinkled with a seasoning of oregano and basil.
Plain or with melted mozzarella cheese.
Bread Sticks - Fresh dough rolled thin and spread with
garlic oil and melted mozzarella cheese, baked on a stone hearth and served with our tomato sauce for dipping.
Sandwiches
Served with chips and pepperoncinis.
Ham & Cheese - Thinly sliced lean ham on French bread topped with mozzarella cheese.
Italian Beef - Thinly sliced Italian beef plain or with melted
mozzarella cheese, with a side of au jus.
Italian Sausage - Italian sausage covered with custom tomato sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese.
Meatball - Italian meatballs covered in tomato sauce and
smothered with mozzarella cheese.
